Anoint Yourself

Wear each oil as perfume by rolling onto the wrists and neck.
For ritual use, apply to the corresponding chakra point, breathe deeply, and speak the provided mantra aloud—or create your own. Allow the scent to anchor intention and gently return awareness to the body.
