Ritual Use & Intention (Printed Ritual Included with Gift Set) 

Begin by lighting a Heart Tealight and cleansing your space with Palo Santo. Let the smoke sweep the edges of your aura, the corners of the room, and allow whatever needs releasing to drift away.

Find a cozy place to settle into, light the 2nd tealight candle, and start by taking 3 deep breaths. Anoint first with the Root Chakra Oil to ground and stabilize. Anoint the base of the spine or the bottoms of the feet and speak aloud:

“It is my birthright to be here at this time on planet Earth. I am worthy of having all that I am calling in for the evolution of my mind, body, and soul’s growth.”

Allow your words to wash over you, feel the surface beneath you, feel the energy of the earth anchoring you safely.

Now follow with the Heart Chakra Oil, taking 3 deep breaths to open, soften, and harmonize. Anoint the Heart Chakra (where you feel your heartbeat) and speak aloud:
