🍵 Brewing Ritual
• Use a French Press, Teapot, or
Mate Gourd with a Bombilla
• Bring water to warm, not boiling — about 70°C / 160°F
(If you don’t have a thermometer, let boiling water sit for 5–7 minutes)

🥄 How Much to Use:
• 1 tablespoon per cup (8 oz) of water

French Press or Teapot Method:
• Add 1 tbsp per cup of mate cancheada
• Pour in hot (not boiling) water
• Steep for 4–5 minutes
• Strain and enjoy — add honey or citrus if desired

Traditional Gourd Method:
• Fill your mate cup about 2/3 full with mate
• Tilt the cup to one side to create a slope
• Pour a splash of warm water to moisten
• Insert the bombilla (metal straw)
• Pour in hot water and sip

For either method, refill with hot water as many times as you like (up to 10+ infusions). Enjoy a bright, earthy, and energizing source of uplifting caffeine throughout the day
